I ordered the 3-month variety club for my wife. They all arrived perfectly except for one and when I contacted them to complain they quickly found a solution.
We had to contact customer service a couple times during our membership due to a lost shipment and a change of address. Both times the customer service agent was friendly and quick to help.
I wasn’t sure which club to choose so I picked the variety club and got to send a bunch of them.
The quality of the items has been phenomenal. Items that were fragile were carefully wrapped. Recipes and information about the products are always interesting.
Each shipment is something to look forward to, a new and exciting experience to share with each other.
Bought a six month shipment of wine and cheese for a wedding gift for a couple who had previously been married and had all their furniture, dishes etc. They LOVED IT !! Said it was wonderful and looked forward to the end of each month for their package to arrive ! I would recommend this as a gift to anyone !
